CREATE A GOOD LIFE  ONLINE BOOTCAMPS

My online bootcamps are scheduled 1-2 TIMES PER MONTH, & are 21 days long!

I know 21 days does not sound like a long time and this is NOT a get fit quick scheme.  The first 21 days is just meant to be a kick start for you to set up your healthy lifestyle.  No more diets for you!  You will be incorporating healthy eating practices along with consistent exercise into your daily routine.  I provide you with an optional shopping list, meal plan and I provide professional, hands-on coaching.  The secret to losing weight or simply getting leaner and healthier is CONSISTENCY AND SUPPORT.  Don’t think that the outside of your body will be the only part of your body that will transform….you will get your body in shape from the inside out and set yourself up for a long, healthy and vibrant life.  I will warn you though.… It is going to stretch you to become more of who you are meant to be… You will need to be willing to be honest and open… move outside your comfort zone and prime yourself for change and feeling the best you have ever felt!

Getting Started

I must be your assigned coach, so if you DO NOT yet have an account, click this link and create a FREE ONE!

If you DO have an assigned coach, you have TWO options!

#1 – Reach out to your current coach and see if they run their own challenges (MANY do!) OR

#2 – If you are not working with your assigned coach and would like to switch, you do have the option to do so, but will need to email me beforehand so that I can give you the information you will need to make the switch to me!

*I do not charge anything extra for you to be a part of my Online Fitness Bootcamps… All I require is the following:

1. You must choose a Beachbody Challenge Pack.  I recommend one of three challenge packs:  1) Club and Shakeology Challenge Pack, 2)  21 Day Fix Challenge Pack or 3)  21 Day Fix Extreme Challenge Pack.  You can search through our library of programs if the ones I recommend are not a good fit for you!  But, the Club and Shakeology is on sale this month (March) for $140 which is only $11 more than the cost of Shakeology alone.  All Beachbody Club members have access to Beachbody On Demand (BOD).  BOD is the ability to stream in-home fitness programs and nutrition guides to your smartphone, tablet or PC.  You get $1,500 worth of workout programs and nutrition FREE for 3 months PLUS a 30-day supply of Shakeology, your healthiest meal of the day.  This is the perfect solution for people who travel a lot or do not want to deal with DVDs.

2. You must be willing to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for the 21 days and either follow my optional meal plan or follow the nutrition guide that came with your program. Again, this is going to ensure you get the results you desire within the 21 day period of the Bootcamp. DIET makes up 70% of your results… Therefore there will be a major emphasis on teaching you how to eat to FUEL your body during the 21 days!  If you already have a Beachbody workout program, you will need to be on Shakeology home direct.  I  want to ensure you get the results you are are looking for and I feel that putting these superfoods and other nutrients into your body each and every day WILL make the difference for you.

3. You must be open-minded and willing to share & participate in the group. We have daily posts/accountability check ins that are designed to help you overcome obstacles and grow as a person so that this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.

Surround yourself with people with similar goals in life that keep you on track.  I try to surround myself with people who lift me higher and I allow no negativity in my life!  I want to surround you with positive energy, fitness and clean eating education, tips and tricks to get you to the point where you can manage by yourself and maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle long term!

Each week, in my online bootcamps, I will pick a video on healthy eating, fitness/exercise, confidence or positivity.  I also will provide you with a shopping list, optional meal plan – breakfast, lunch and dinner (or you can choose or make up your own following the nutrition guide of the program you chose), recipes, motivation, tips and tricks, accountability and support through a closed and private Facebook group.  A private and closed group means no one but you can see what is posted or what anyone posts.  If you are a vegan or vegetarian, I have many options for you also.  I share a ton of resources to help you through the 21 days that will make your life so much easier!  Please note that if you are not on Facebook and do not wish to open a Facebook account for this group, I can also email you the daily posts but only once per week.  For best results and to take advantage of the support group and group shares, I recommend that you open a Facebook group.

At the end of each 21 day group, I will pick  a winner based on the results of the previous 21 days.  Each participant will have the opportunity to fill out a form sharing their 21 day results for a chance at extra points.
