Over the past few years, I noticed that people wanted to join my Clean Eating Groups but they did not have time to cook and prepare all the meals for the week due to either working outside the home full-time or traveling.  Sue’s Healthy Express Drive-thru is my answer to the “I’m too busy!” excuse.  Just think if you didn’t have to shop or prepare over half the food for your week of clean eating!  Just order, pay, and drive-thru or walk in and get your meals!! All meals coordinate with my Healthy Eats Club Meal Plan. My 7-day groups are meant to give people a kickstart to healthy eating and exercise and I have had tremendous success with my “students”. Many people who I have worked with are still eating clean over a year later and are now the role models for their friends and families.

The meal plans were designed to be super easy to make with few ingredients and whole foods, nothing processed or artificial. You can certainly join my 7-Day Clean Eating group without buying the Healthy Express Drive-thru Club Service and make the food yourself. But, if you fall into the category of being too busy to shop and cook, then this is a great option for you. Plus, you get a certified health coach and personal trainer coaching you through the 7-days in a private and closed Facebook Group for support and accountability.  Note: for those of you who are not on Facebook, I do have an email version of this plan.

Here are the options:

Sue’s Healthy Express Lunch/Snack Package
4 lunches and 8 Snacks

LUNCHES – Day 1 & Day 2

Day 1 Two Mason Jar Microgreen Salads with Chicken Breast & Greek Dressing on the side (this covers Day 1 & 2)

Day 1 Snacks – Snacks may vary from week to week (2 Snacks per day)
Snack #1 – Medium apple, plus almonds
Snack #2 – Assorted raw veggies with hummus

Day 2 Snacks (2 Snacks per day)
Snack #1 – Greek yogurt with fresh berries
Snack #42- 2 Celery Sticks with almond butter or peanut butter on the side

Day 3 & Day 4

Day 3 One Mason Jar Microgreen Salad with Chicken Breast & Greek Dressing on the side

Day 4 – Shakeology (choice of Chocolate, Chocolate Vegan, Cafe Latte, Vanilla) add in extras such as strawberries and banana in the vanilla or peanut butter and banana in the chocolate (milk = almond, soy or low fat milk)

Day 3 Snacks (2 Snacks per day)
Snack #1 – Medium apple with almond butter or peanut butter
Snack #2 – Mini acai bowl with acai sorbet, fresh strawberries, blueberries, banana, granola and honey.

Day 4 Snacks (2 Snacks per day)
Snack #1 – zucchini sticks and hummus served with 2 slices of nitrite-free turkey
Snack #2 – Greek yogurt with fresh berries

Note: Day 5 Lunch and snacks you prep and cook yourself
