7 Day Healthy Eats Club

Hi! I’m so glad you’ve decided to take the 7-Day Healthy Eats Club Challenge! My goal for you is to lose weight, gain energy and be feeling great by the end of the week! I have had many people use my group to kickstart them into a whole new lifestyle of living incorporating clean eating habits and daily fitness into their lives.

I am not going to lie, the next 7 days are not going to be ‘easy’; all real change requires real effort. BUT, I will be your biggest cheerleader and will be dedicated to your success by making this as simple a process as I can! The only requirement I’m asking of you is to follow the plan and stay engaged in the group by posting daily. That’s it!

Once you are in my group you will find the 7- day shopping list in the Files section. This list will be VERY simple and inexpensive — nothing complicated or hard to find, I promise! I want you to be SUCCESSFUL and HAVE FUN! All you need to do now is:
