Post Thanksgiving Body Makeover – December 16th

A group of committed people who want to FOCUS between 7-30 days of clean eating and working out to improve their health, lean down or simply feel better!  These are online courses so no need to leave your home to attend in-person meetings.  You will be coached, motivated, supported daily with accountability built in.  In the 7-Day Clean Eating group, you will be committing to the following:

1. Eating clean and following an eating plan to the best of their ability (meal plan provided)
2. Drinking one powerful/Superfoods packed Shakeology meal replacement a day (Don’t be thinking this is a protein shake kids!)
3. Working out/moving in some way/shape/form every day – could even be a walk! I don’t care – just get that body moving to gain energy and feel GOOOOOD

INVESTMENT: $50 via credit card by phone (unless you already own ShakeO – then the investment is NADA/ZERO/FREE IF YOU ARE ON MONTHLY AUTOSHIP OR BOUGHT SHAKES IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS, STILL HAVING SOME LEFT – BUT YOU’VE GOT TO HAVE 10 DAYS’ WORTH OF SHAKES IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE – LET ME KNOW IF YOU DON’T HAVE THAT:)
